Professional Monthly Billing
We offer a professional monthly billing option our customers. Accounts are billed monthly to a credit card. If you're not familiar with our pricing, see our pricing page. Professional monthly billing terms:
Monthly Billing Terms & Condition
- $650 one-time setup fee (non-refundable).
- Downloadable monthly statements.
- No monthly minimums.
- Unlimited standard support.
- Direct access to a dedicated support engineer.
- First year of support and billing included. Renewal thereafter: $249 annually.
- No long-term contracts; cancel at any time.
Credits & Billing
- A 10% bonus credit is applied when usage exceeds $100 in a given month (excluding setup/annual fees).
- Monthly usage is charged on the first day of the following month.
- Usage less than $25/mo will be carried over to the following month.
- Usage reaching $500 in a given month will be immediately charged upon reaching that threshold. Threshold limits may be increased by contact supporting.
Payments
- Your credit card will be securely stored and used to process all charges.
- Failed credit card charges must be resolved within 48 hours.
- Account usage may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
